  4. We also have a large retail premises in Dublin city centre.

  5. What is the minimum purchase?
  6. Our minimum purchase is normally 6 mixed bottles.

  7. How much is delivery?
  8. Delivery on cases is free anywhere in Ireland; delivery of samples is normally around €10 depending on what part of the country you are in.

  9. Do I have to pay for the samples?
  10. Unfortunately yes! Otherwise we would be out of business pretty quickly.

  11. Can I collect the wine from you?
  12. Yes, absolutely no problem we have a retail premises in Dublin city centre and you can collect the wine from there.

  13. Are there more wines available other then the selection on the website?
  14. Yes, we have picked a limited range for the website to keep things simple. We have access to hundreds of wines so if you are looking for something in particular we can probably find it for you.

  15. How do I pay for the wine?
  16. We will deliver the wine upon receipt of payment by cheque or draft or over the phone by laser or credit card.

  17. Can I return any unused wine?
  18. Yes, if you discover that you have over estimated the amount of wine needed we offer a sale-or-return service. We only require that the wine is in good condition and fit for resale.

  19. What should I do if I need to return my order?
  20. If you are not entirely satisfied with your wine or our service, we will give you a full and immediate no quibble refund - that's part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer this guarantee as we have confidence in our wines and our ability to deliver as agreed.
