Stephen Dillon has over 15 years experience in the wine industry.My first job was in an off licence where I was bitten by the wine bug. Over the years I have worked for many leading Irish drinks companies. I have travelled to many of the wine regions of the world including most of France, Spain, Italy , South Africa and Napa valley in California.
I have a degree in Business Studies and have passed the WSET (Wines and Spirits Education Trust) Intermediate & Advanced Certificate courses (with distinction). I am currently studying for the WSET diploma in wines and spirits.
In 2008 I opened The Bottle Shop Off License at 60 Meath St. Dublin 8. I work with over 18 wine suppliers to create a unique and distinctive wine range.
